We all can use support, especially during a stressful or painful time in our lives. At one time or another, we all face difficulties in our relationships, be it with our partner, children or parents. Feelings of anxiety, stress and depression are common and therapy can provide a safe space for to work through these difficulties and find a fresh perspective.

How do I set up a First Appointment?
The initial consult will last about an hour. The first visit is an information gathering session where we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals and personal history.
Before our first session, you will need to complete two forms. Forms to be filled will be provided but be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior your session to give yourself time to complete them.
Therapy is a collaboration. I feel therapy works best when both client and therapist feel a rapport.
